About Me

Creative Work: Drawing from Major Work

This creative work was a piece from my HSC visual arts major. Hundreds of images were used for referencing and helping me collate the final design together! There were at least 50 tabs on each window as I worked on my laptop. It was probably more stressful than my major work itself.

A Great Piece of Architecture: Marina Bay Sands

Marina Bay Sands is an incredible piece of architecture in the heart of Singapore. It towers over the buildings, structures, objects and peoples of the city making it easily distinguishable. From afar, the hotel towers appear as straight columns but are actually slanted by 26 degrees slightly.

Something Beautiful:

I photographed this temple at sunset while aimlessly strolling through the city of Nara in Japan! The site is situated 30 minutes from Nara station by walking. The deer at Nara are aggressive and are not afraid to come up to people for food. Recently, there was an article addressing the highest frequencies of deer-related injuries to humans (mostly tourists)!
